How I got here

I grew up in Bokaro Steel City — the kind of place where everyone knows your family and ambition is measured in exam results. I was that kid who found comfort in numbers, so naturally, chartered accountancy it was. I moved to Kolkata for college — St. Xavier's College — and pursued my graduation and CA simultaneously. Cleared my CA, packed my bags, and thought I had it all figured out.

I didn't. And that turned out to be the best thing.

I joined a partnership firm in Delhi — three partners, zero hand-holding. For four years, I was deep in the trenches of India's unorganized retail sector. GST certifications, tax filings, credit management — the unsexy but essential work of keeping businesses running. I also started helping companies build their SAP systems, which is when something clicked. I wasn't just crunching numbers. I was building systems.

"I don't just want to audit the machine. I want to build it."

2020

I took a maternity break. The world paused. I didn't — I just redirected the energy.

2021

I joined PetSetGo as a consultant and ended up building their entire product — zero to one. It was supposed to be a financial advisory role. It became... everything. Product strategy, market expansion, B2B channel creation (they were purely B2C before), Instagram commerce, exhibition tours across states. We built websites, streamlined operations, introduced new product lines. It was chaotic, exhausting, and honestly? One of the most fun chapters of my career.

2024

Mumbai happened. I joined Capri Global as a Product Manager, and construction finance found me — or maybe I found it. I built the Loan Origination System from scratch and designed the complete roadmap for integrating it with the Loan Management System. It was the first time I saw how deeply tech could reshape lending.

In between, I also built silly learning games for my kid — because why should work have all the fun?

2025

Today, I'm at Godrej Capital as a Product Lead for construction finance — building it from the ground up, again. But this time, it's different. I'm not just managing the tech. I'm in the business, the P&L, the credit decisions, the compliance, the legal. Every stakeholder, every trade-off, every call. It's essentially a Chief of Staff role wrapped in a product title — and I'm loving every bit of it.

The thread through it all? I build things from nothing. And I enjoy the beautiful chaos of making them real.

Oh, and I'm an AI enthusiast. A quick learner who believes the best builders are the ones who never stop being curious.

Multi-Agent AI

Aditi AI — Multi-Agent Content Engine

A learning experiment in building AI systems that think, collaborate, and create — not just respond.

I wanted to understand how multi-agent AI systems actually work — not by reading about them, but by building one. So I created a four-agent pipeline where each agent has a distinct role: Akash researches product signals across the web, Maya curates and filters them through editorial judgment, Pragati writes three draft options in a specific voice, and Rohit tracks engagement to close the feedback loop. The whole system runs on a schedule or via a simple email trigger. This was purely a learning project — an excuse to get my hands dirty with agent architecture, prompt chaining, and feedback loops.

Python OpenAI GPT-4o Tavily API Gmail IMAP/SMTP Multi-Agent Architecture Cron Scheduling
  • 4 specialized agents with distinct personalities, SOUL files, and decision frameworks
  • Automated pipeline — research → curate → write → deliver via email
  • Built-in feedback loop that learns from edits and rejections over time
  • Trigger via cron schedule or by simply emailing "run aditi"
Voice AI + Fintech

HisaabKaro — Voice-First Business Assistant

WhatsApp jaisi simplicity, accountant jaisi accuracy.

India has 60M+ small businesses — kirana stores, hardware shops, street vendors — still tracking credit in paper notebooks. HisaabKaro lets shopkeepers speak naturally in Hindi, Hinglish, or English — "Shah ke ₹200 aa gaye" — and payments get recorded automatically. No forms, no typing, no complexity. Just talk, and the AI handles the rest.

AI + Field Intelligence

FieldPulse — From Field Notes to Signals

AI-powered platform that captures unstructured field conversations, structures them into actionable signals, and distributes intelligence by role — in real time.

Field teams across industries talk to customers every day — sales reps, relationship managers, medical reps, retail reps. Those conversations contain competitor intel, upsell signals, risk flags, and early-stage opportunities. Today, most of it gets lost in WhatsApp messages and people's heads. FieldPulse solves this with a one-message WhatsApp-style bot → AI parsing → role-based dashboards.

React AI / NLP WhatsApp API Node.js PostgreSQL Role-Based Access Real-Time Signals
  • One-message capture → AI extracts 6+ entity types in under 2 seconds
  • 4 role-based views: Field Rep, Manager, Executive, Risk Team
  • Cross-role notifications and feedback loops
  • Industry agnostic — works for NBFC, Pharma, FMCG, Banking, Real Estate, B2B
Retail + WhatsApp Commerce

VyapaarNow — WhatsApp-first Inventory Liquidation Tool

Helping small fashion businesses turn dead stock into deals — one WhatsApp message at a time.

Small and mid-sized fashion wholesalers in India sit on piles of unsold inventory — blocked capital, wasted storage, eventual write-offs. On the other side, thousands of retailers are hunting for deals but have no structured way to discover them. VyapaarNow bridges this gap. Sellers upload ageing stock data, select SKUs to liquidate, and the system matches them with verified buyers via WhatsApp — complete with image uploads, pricing, and deal closure. No app downloads, no learning curve. Just the channel everyone already uses.

FastAPI Python Twilio WhatsApp API SQLModel AI Matching B2B Commerce
  • Seller uploads ageing report → system flags slow-moving SKUs (45+ days)
  • AI-based buyer matching on category, price band, and MOQ
  • WhatsApp-native sell flow — image upload, price quote, deal confirmation
  • Three-way group chat between buyer, seller, and platform until closure
  • Built for fashion wholesalers in Tier 2/3 cities like Bhopal, Surat, Jaipur
